Registration for the 2010/2011 Season
is now open, and ends June 30, 2010

Returning Players:
Players registered with the CrGHA for the 2009/2010 season are guaranteed a spot for the 2010/2011 season providing they register before midnight June 30, 2010. Returning players who do NOT register by midnight June 30, 2010, will lose their guaranteed spot for the 2010/11 season and will be charged a $50.00 late fee.
NOTE: All players making a team that is finalized in the Spring MUST register by May 10th, 2010 (or you may lose your spot on the team)!
New Players: Players who were NOT registered with the CrGHA in the 2009/2010 season are considered new players and are welcome to register to join this Association. New players MUST submit one copy of a proof of age document, such as a birth certificate, along with their payment. Girls who were registered in the Learn to Play Program for the 2009/2010 season, must also submit copy of birth certificate if registering for our Novice Program for the 2010/2011 season.
Registration Fees:
The registration fees for the upcoming 2010/11 season are as follows:

*Registration of returning players after June 30th results in $50 late fee for total of $545 (registration + raffle tickets + $50 late fee)
Payment Options:
The following payment options are available to all members:
1. Payment in full at time of registration via cheque, Visa or MasterCard (please write Players name on cheque)
2. Three post-dated cheques dated as follows:
$165 at time of registration
$165 by August 15, 2010
$165 by September 15, 2010

Players will not be allowed on the ice in the fall until registration fees are paid in full
Travel Fees:
Travel fees TBA are in addition to basic registration fees and will be payable when Travel rosters are set in September.
NSF Cheques:
Returned Cheque Charge: $25.00 administration fee per NSF cheque.
