2008/2009 Registration Information
Registration period June 1, 2008 to June 30, 2008

We have a new registration system. Please follow the link
provided below.
REGISTER
Returning
Players:
Players registered with the
CrGHA for the 2007/2008 season are guaranteed a spot for the 2008/2009
season providing they register before midnight June 30, 2008.
Returning players who do NOT register by midnight June 30, 2008,
will lose their guaranteed spot for the 2008/09 season and will be charged a $50.00 late fee.
New Players:
Players who were
NOT registered with the CrGHA in the 2007/2008 season are considered new
players and are welcome to register to join this Association. New players MUST
submit one copy of a proof of age document, such as a birth certificate,
along with their payment. Girls who were registered in the Learn to Play
Program for the 2007/2008 season, must also submit copy of birth
certificate if registering for our Novice Program for the 2008/2009 season.
Registration Fees:
The registration fees for the upcoming 2008/09 season
are as follows:
Registration Fee $410.00 (includes $30 Raffle
Tickets)
Registration
Fee Roadrunner’s Rookies $100
(includes $100 Raffle Tickets)
Payment Options:
The following
payment options are available to all members:
1.
Payment in full at time of registration via cheque,
Visa or MasterCard (please write Players name on cheque.)
2.
Two post dated cheques dated as follows:
$205 at time of registration
$205 post dated to August 15, 2008
Players will not be allowed on the ice in the fall until
registration fees are paid in full.
Travel Fees:
Travel fees TBA are in addition to basic registration
fees and will be payable when Travel rosters are set in October.
Penalties:
Returned
Cheque Charge: $25.00 administration fee.
